Organisational models (Legislative Decree 231/01) and corporate governance
Consultancy and support in corporate organisation projects, including drafting and reviewing processes and procedures and implementing Models 231/01.
- Drafting corporate governance models with configuration or reconfiguration of the organisational structure and of the internal control system, consistent with underlying regulations;
- Implementing andreviewing corporate policies and procedures, including AML and investment services processes;
- Support in the drafting, updating and reviewing of “Modelli Organizzativi e di Gestione”pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01;
- Support in the realisation and implementation of remediation plans following post-inspection findings;
- Advising listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance issues (including compliance with the principles and recommendations of ‘Corporate Governance Code’).
