Assistance in sanction proceedings and support for judicial activities
Assistance in administrative sanction proceedings (Bank of Italy, FIU, Consob) and support in the management of disputes in banking and financial matters
- Assistance to intermediaries and corporate officers in administrative sanctioning proceedings before Consob, the FIU and the Bank of Italy and subsequent levels of judgement;
- Support in the management of civil proceedings related to the provision of banking and investment services (e.g. damages in the provision of investment services, anatocism, relations with networks, breach of conduct rules);
- Support in criminal proceedings related to financial crimes (e.g. market abuse, money laundering).
